Losing a beloved Pet can be a very distressing time and our aim is to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

We offer a 24 hour discreet collection service. Our friendly team are available to help you anytime, day or night. We can collect your pet from your home address or veterinary surgery. If you would prefer, we can organise this directly with your veterinary practice, alternatively you can call us on 01376 331207 to discuss what options are available to you. The offices are open from 8am – 5pm daily.

We can offer you one of the following two options for your pet’s cremation:

Communal Cremation:
Your pet will be cremated along with other loved pets, no ashes will be returned.

Individual Cremation:
Your pet will be cremated individually and the ashes will be returned to you in a scatter tube or cremation box of your choice. A certificate of cremation is provided upon return of your ashes.
